Videotron Ltd. Announces Closing of C$650,000,000 Senior Notes Offering
Videotron Ltd. (“Videotron”) today announced the closing of its issuance and sale of C$650 million aggregate principal amount of 3.125% Senior Notes due 2031. Videotron intends to use the proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes, including, without limitation, for the repayment of a portion of its outstanding indebtedness.
