A hundred employees of various Quebecor subsidiaries came together on Monday for a workout led by healthy lifestyle guru Josée Lavigueur. The event marked the launch of her brand-new fitness DVD, 28 jours pour un corps plus ferme- Spécial abdos/fessiers, produced by Musicor.

We organized this head office workout with Josée Lavigueur in order to raise awareness within our organization of the importance of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. I am delighted it was such a resounding success!

The mood at the event was festive and the energy was palpable!
