The Boards of Directors of Quebecor, Quebecor Media and TVA Group are pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Dépatie, President and CEO of Quebecor and of Quebecor Media, as a member of their respective Boards.

The Board of Quebecor Media also named Françoise Bertrand as Chairperson of the Board and the Right Honourable Brian Mulroney as Vice Chairman, the positions they occupy on the Board of Quebecor.
