Sale of Archambault Group’s retail operations to Renaud-Bray closes

Quebecor announced today that it has closed the sale of Archambault Group’s retail operations to Renaud-Bray.The transaction includes the 14 Archambault stores, the archambault.ca website, and the English-language Paragraphe Bookstore. It was announced on May 19, 2015 and received Competition Bureau approval on September 4, 2015.

Quebecor thanks all the employees who have contributed to Archambault Group’s success over the years and wishes them every success in the future.
